AUTHORSHIP BLUEPRINT PROCESS — CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Description of Service
The Authorship Blueprint Process is a structured authorship methodology designed to assist creators, inventors, entrepreneurs, researchers, and visionaries in documenting their life’s work and transforming their knowledge, creations, and supporting materials into The Authorship Blueprint Volume — a Work of the Mind.

2. Program Includes
✓ Lesson 1 – Discovering the Creator’s Legacy
✓ Lesson 2 – Defining the Creation
✓ Lesson 3 – Capturing Knowledge and Expertise
✓ Lesson 4 – Establishing Originality and Contribution
✓ Lesson 5 – Organizing Evidence and Supporting Documentation
✓ Lesson 6 – Building the Authorship Blueprint
✓ Lesson 7 – Preparing the Authorship Blueprint Volume
✓ Lesson 8 – Legacy Preservation and Stewardship

3. Service Fee
USD $7,500 — payable in full or in two instalments of USD $3,750. The second instalment is due prior to the release of Lesson 6.

4. Client Obligations
The client agrees to: provide accurate information and documentation; complete lesson assignments and questionnaires; review submitted drafts and provide feedback within agreed timelines; respect confidentiality requirements associated with the process.

5. Confidentiality
All materials submitted by the client shall be treated as confidential. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without the client’s authorization, except where required by law.

6. Non-Refundable
All fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced. In the event of cancellation prior to commencement, a 15% administrative fee applies.

INTELLECTUAL PASSPORT CB — CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Description of Service
The Intellectual Passport CB is a formal publication that recognizes and documents the intellectual authorship of a creator’s Work of the Mind, establishing safeguarded property rights in accordance with Copyright law.

2. Service Includes
✓ Full editorial production of the IPCB volume
✓ Authorship documentation and certification
✓ Copyright registration preparation
✓ Dedicated consultant support throughout

3. Confidentiality
All materials submitted by the client shall be treated as strictly confidential. The volume remains unpublished to preserve its content and the integrity of the creator’s safeguarded work.

4. Non-Refundable
All fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced. In the event of cancellation prior to commencement, a 15% administrative fee applies.

5. Payment
Payment must be received in full prior to the release of final documentation. USD System International Editions Consortium reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment is confirmed.
